Landscape Maintenance & Operations

- Manage and maintain landscaping activities for all contracted villas and newly developed villas as per approved schedules.
- Ensure proper upkeep of guest villas, staff villas, common areas, and roadside plantations.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain landscape quality standards.
- Monitor and supervise landscape development works across all project sites.

Horticulture & Plant Health Management

- Oversee the preparation and usage of organic fertilizers, pesticides, and insecticides.
- Monitor plant health and implement preventive measures against pests and diseases.
- Ensure best horticultural practices are followed across all landscape areas.

Equipment & Asset Management

- Maintain records of all landscape equipment, machinery, and tools.
- Ensure tractors, fighter machines, lawn mowers, and other landscaping equipment remain in proper working condition at all times.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs of landscaping machinery.
- Monitor and maintain diesel consumption records for tractors and other equipment.

Procurement & Inventory Management

- Monitor garden-related material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of plants, fertilizers, pesticides, tools,



and landscaping materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for garden-related purchases.

Billing & Cost Control

- Verify and check all garden-related bills and contractor invoices across project sites.
- Monitor landscaping expenses and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Maintain records and documentation related to landscape operations and expenditures.

Contractor & Vendor Management

- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with landscape contractors and service providers.
- Supervise contractor performance and ensure quality execution of assigned work.
- Ensure timely completion of landscape development projects.

Team Management & Training

- Supervise landscape supervisors and field teams across all sites.
- Conduct regular training sessions for supervisors on gardening, plant maintenance, safety practices, and landscape management.
- Develop team capabilities and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment, fuel consumption, inventory, and project progress.
- Submit periodic reports on landscape operations, development works, and maintenance status to management.
