ACCOUNTS FUNCTIONS

Supervision accuracy & finalization of accounts as per A/S and its daily / Weekly /monthly review
Purchase & Expenses Voucher Authorization
Verification of all payments voucher
Credit control
Ledger scrutiny
Prepare unaudited Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet on Quarterly basis.
Verification of interest statement received from Banks / Financial Institution.
Verifying & disbursing salary, expenses & reimbursements to staff / contractors

STATUTORY COMPLIANCES

Ensuring timely payment of statutory dues like TDS, GST, PF, ESI, Professional Tax etc.
RERA Registration, Alteration Quarterly returns and all other compliances
Direct / indirect Taxation and its timely Assessments.
Liaison with GST / Income Tax department and Consultants
Preparing required details for scrutiny cases and to co-ordinate with consultants

FINANCE FUNCTIONS

Preparation & Submission of financial data / project reports for availing fresh finance from bank /NBFC or for BT.
Cash flow & fund flow Management
Working capital Management & renewal / enhancement.
Liaison with Banks / FIs
ROI & Cost reduction on various loans

MIS & BUDGETING FUNCTIONS

Projected vs. Actual cash flow
Site wise budgeted vs. actual cost with variance analysis.
Project / Site-wise, Plot / Flat wise collection data.
MIS on Statutory compliances
Any other MIS requested from time to time.
Prepare MIS report for GM Patel
Prepare & Authentication of Suryam group MIS and sales data

AUDIT FUNCTIONS

Compliances to Tax Audit
Compliance to Internal Audit
Ensure timely completion of Statutory Audit
Project Cost audit

MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP

Co-ordination with all organization dept and top management from time to time
Motivate and train all team members (A/C, Finance, & Taxation) and empower them
Assign monthly tasks to team members/ sub ordinates and monitor & review their work performance / Task execution
Planning, feasibility study, value added functions to enhance top management action and decision making.
Coordination with all audit agencies & govt departments.
Imparting job training to sub-ordinates for their effective working
