Key Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective and existing customers to explain insurance products and services.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into policy sales.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable insurance plans based on their needs.
- Follow up with customers for policy renewals and documentation.
- Address customer queries and provide timely support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Solid persuasion and customer-handling abilities.
- Prior experience in tele calling, insurance sales, or customer service is preferred.
