Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Job location: Ahmedabad, GJ
Shift Timings: Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM/7:30 PM to 4:00AM/5:00 AM (NIGHT SHIFTS)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source, screen, and recruit technical talent (developers, engineers, data scientists, etc.) for various roles across the organization.
- Utilize different sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub), networking, and recruiting databases.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Conduct phone screenings and technical interviews to evaluate candidate competency.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant teams.
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand the specific hiring needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to hiring teams based on market trends and candidate availability.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and clear communication.




- Extend job offers and negotiate salary and advantages with candidates.
- Track key performance metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports to management on recruitment progress and hiring trends.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Core requirements but not limited to Experienced / Non-Experienced

- Excellent communication & good hold on pitching
- Decent understanding of Recruitment Industry
- Bachelors degree in business administration or engineering. Phrama academics are highly preferred
- Must have basic MS tool skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Results-driven and highly organized, with a proactive approach to meeting recruitment targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities

For Industry Experienced

- Proven experience (typically 1-3 years) as a Technical Recruiter, IT Recruiter, or similar role with a focus on sourcing and recruiting technical talent.
- Familiarity with US VISA and their fundamentals
- Good hands-on over ATS matrix
