Job Objective

To support the execution, monitoring, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across hospital projects, ensuring quality, timely completion, and compliance with engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in execution and monitoring of MEP works for hospital projects.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, and utility systems.
- Support brownfield projects, renovations, and facility upgrades.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Verify project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare status reports.
- Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Biomedical, and Operations teams.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of HVAC, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Ventilation & MEP Systems.
- Experience in Brownfield/Renovation Projects.
- AutoCAD & MS Office.
- Site execution, vendor coordination, and project documentation.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
