Job Description:-

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Interior Fit-out contracting team at La Sorogeeka Interiors Pvt. Ltd. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all financial and contractual aspects of our Interior Fit-out projects from inception to completion. This role requires robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Budgets associated with the project and present to reporting authority.
- Monitor and control project expenditure by keeping detailed records of all costs associated with the project.
- Prepare and negotiate with Subcontractors and finalize subcontractors.
- Preparation of WO/ Subcontract Agreement for the Subcontractors.
- Preparation of RA bills for Client (IPA) and certifications of Subcontractor Bills (IPC).
- Quantity Take-off and preparation of Final BOQs as per the Design Level Drawings/ GFCs.
- Prepare and review progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Prepare regular reports on project revenue, cost to complete and financial performance to reporting authority.




- Conduct site visits and audits to ensure project compliance with budgets and schedules.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address any financial concerns.
- - Participate in project meetings to provide input on cost-related matters.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Proven experience (typically 5-8 years) as a Quantity Surveyor cum Billing in High end Interior Fit-out Projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, cost management, and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel skills and working on ERP is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
