Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment operations and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have solid coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment operations by managing hiring logistics and administrative activities.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Collect interview feedback and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Collect, verify, and maintain candidate documents.
- Conduct detailed background verification and employment checks.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate onboarding activities and ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers to drive a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Requirements





- 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination/Recruitment Operations/Talent Acquisition Support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in interview scheduling, documentation, onboarding, and background verification.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Shift Timings

- 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (During Daylight Saving Time)
- 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Non-DST)

Mandatory Screening Criteria

Candidates must have PF (Provident Fund) records in all previous organizations and should be able to provide PF/UAN details for verification.
