Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle within a skilled services or consulting environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a "Stakeholder Centric" culture and implementing high-impact HR strategies that align with our core mission of excellence in research and advisory.

Role & responsibilities:

- Employee Engagement & Culture: Oversee employee engagement initiatives using proprietary frameworks (such as the EX-Index) to build a thriving, productive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Redesign and manage performance appraisal processes to ensure job clarity and reduce perception bias.
- Talent Acquisition & Branding: Manage the recruitment lifecycle,



helping to tailor recruitment pitches and enhance the employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
- Policy & Compliance: Define and refine HR policies and practices to drive value and ensure they remain effective in an evolving business landscape.
- Process Improvement: Lead efforts to streamline HR onboarding and other internal processes through technology enablement and process redesign.
- Retention Strategies: Conduct and analyze employee exit interviews to formulate multidimensional retention strategies and reduce attrition.
- Talent Development: Mentor staff and develop young researchers to their fullest potential.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Qualification: Any graduate + MBA degree
- Experience: 10 years of core HR experience, preferably within a research, consulting, or professional services firm.
- Skills: Strong understanding of employee value propositions, organizational culture, and data-driven HR decision-making.
- Location: Must be based in Bangalore and able to work from our JP Nagar office (Full-time, Work from Office).
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days maximum.
