Role & responsibilities

- Assist in the supervision and execution of interior fit-out works at project sites.
- Support senior engineers in monitoring daily site activities and project progress.
- Learn to read and understand AutoCAD 2D & 3D drawings for site execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare basic reports.
- Monitor material delivery, usage, and site inventory.
- Assist in maintaining quality standards and safety procedures at site.
- Participate in site inspections and project meetings.
- Help prepare project documentation, progress reports, and project portfolios.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved designs and project timelines.

Preferred candidate profile





- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Interior Site Execution and finishing works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Experience in handling residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
- Knowledge of materials, joinery works, gypsum, flooring, ceiling, painting, and MEP coordination.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
