Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them on suitable projects.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Update and maintain lead data in MS Excel/CRM.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Track daily follow-ups and submit activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support.
Preferred candidate profile
Looking for energetic communicators to handle client interactions, follow-ups, and lead management. Basic MS Excel skills required. Training, growth opportunities, and a great work environment provided.
