Job Summary
rofile Summary:
• Supported / Implemented Saviynt for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals
• Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, etc.
• Strong background in coding and development using Java
• Demonstrate strong technical skills
• Demonstrate strong problem troubleshooting skills
• Able to work under pressure in case of a critical incident
• Be a strong team player

Must Have Technical Skills:
• Total 4 years of experience in implementation of Saviynt tool
• Minimum 2 years of Level 2 support of Saviynt
• Should have excellent knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XML
• Solid knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in Saviynt.
• Strong Java debugging skills
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the LDAPs.
• Extensive Experience in development/support of workflows, forms and other Saviynt Component
• Experience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, Websphere) or developing J2EE products.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts
• Customer Facing Exposure is must

Key Responsibilities
1.



Provide Advanced Technical Support By Leveraging Saviynt And Java Technologies To Troubleshoot Complex Incidents, Perform Root Cause Analysis, And Implement Effective Solutions To Resolve Security Issues.
2. Ensure Adherence To Quality Standards, Regulatory Requirements, And Company Policies In All Support Activities, Enhancing Operational Compliance And Efficiency.
3. Collaborate With Support Teams To Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Strengthening The Organization'S Security Posture.
4. Conduct Knowledge Base Updates And Management, Contributing To Continuous Improvement Initiatives And Facilitating Training Sessions For New Team Members To Enhance Their Technical Skills.
5. Monitor And Optimize Customer Experience Metrics By Focusing On First Call Resolution And Minimizing Rejected Resolutions, Thereby Mitigating Potential Security Threats And Improving Csat Scores.

2. Strong Knowledge Of Java Development For Support And Operations Tasks.
3. Solid Understanding Of Troubleshooting Methodologies And Root Cause Analysis Techniques.

5. Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Support Teams.
