Sr Project Manager

Job Summary
To budget and forecasts and to ensure timely release of various reporting requirements of business/corporate team for the respective business unit supported
• To collaborate with business leaders to get the required signoff to finalize budget plans and; and, review and release various reports required by the Corporate/business/delivery
• To effectively lead the financial performance presentations covering past performance and Forecast
• To ensure that all Capex, TAS and others have received the required approvals and to continuously control contracts on basis of MSA rate cards
• To ensure project managers raise BRQs on timely basis and get the required approvals when limits for SLA, COLA exceed as per DOA
• To effectively manage the escalations from business team/corporate MIS team and other stakeholders without any delay
• Revenue recognition and posting validation with central revenue team
• Ad hoc reporting for leadership, including insights on financials/results other management reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives – to improve data quality, content of reports/analysis to the business and drive projects to standardize reports and analysis without losing the agility and ability to deep-dive results
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various finance & business teams to ensure achievement of common objectives in the most efficient and effective manner

Key Responsibilities
1. To implement best practices, develop processes/procedures and identify process efficiency measures so as to improve deliverables' quality & innovate global project management methodology with a view to maximize value provided to the business units

To work closely with customer/business units and ensure positive customer satisfaction for deliverables provided
3. To contribute to business growth through expansion of current service offerings and is accountable for scope, budget and delivery of projects
4. To monitor the progress of project and deliverables so as to submit weekly project status reports in a timely manner
5. To review & analyze deliverables and performance of teams across projects to ensure that all project deliverables are completed in the agreed customer timelines
6. To effectively manage the project team to ensure timely completion of all customer project deliverables assigned to each team member
7. To provide required support to resolve escalated issues related to projects undertaken and team performance.

• Master in Commerce (Finance) /MBA/CA/ICWA/CFA
• Working experience (6-10 years)
• Hands on experience in regulatory compliances, coordination with other function team, auditors, operations team
• Cost variance management & Revenue recognition including collection
• Preparation of management reports
• Well versed with Budgeting & variance analysis
• P&L; analysis with constant eye on cost & billing
• Well-rounded finance professional with significant experience in business finance role, - collections, FP&A;, banking.
• Self-starter with a track record of performance and proven ability to deliver quality results under significant time pressure and to tight deadlines
• Skills with personal confidence to quickly build credibility, respect and rapport
• Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought and ability to translate complex raw data into simple, powerful and easy to communicate key messages & insights
• Able to work across organizational boundaries with a diverse group of colleagues and stakeholders at multiple levels in the organization
