Job Description: Manual & Automation Tester – o9 Supply Chain
Experience: 4–5 Years
Role Summary
We are looking for a Manual & Automation Tester with 4–5 years of experience in Supply Chain applications, preferably with hands-on exposure to o9 Solutions. The role involves validating end-to-end supply chain planning processes through strong functional, manual, and automation testing practices.

Key Responsibilities
Manual & Functional Testing
Understand Supply Chain business processes, including:
• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning
• Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• S&OP; / S&OE;
Perform functional, system, integration,



regression, and UAT testing on o9 applications.
Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.
Validate o9 planning outputs, KPIs, and reports against business logic.
Perform data validation between source systems and o9 using SQL.
Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA / Azure DevOps, ensuring timely closure.

Automation Testing
Develop and maintain test automation scripts for o9 applications.
Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as:
• Selenium / Cypress / Playwright
• Java / Python / JavaScript
Automate smoke and regression test cases.
Execute automated tests as part of CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze failures and prepare automation execution reports.

o9 & Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions:
• Worksheets and dashboards
• Business rules, constraints, and measures
• Supply chain planning models
Knowledge of data integrations, batch jobs, and o9 data flows.
Robust SQL skills for backend validation.
Experience with API testing tools (Postman/REST).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum testing methodologies.
