Job Summary
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
Professional and Technical
Minimum 7+ years of experience in testing for T24 projects, preferably with Private Banking
Good knowledge of CA and PA (Physical Assets)
Excellent knowledge of T24 modules for these domains
Excellent knowledge of and exposure to testing of T24 integration, COB testing, Client output
Excellent knowledge of SWIFT message testing, regulatory reports
Expertise in financial accounting for all asset types
Expertise in working on Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban / PROTECTED
Good know how of JAVA and experience in Automation, DevOps is an advantage
Understanding / Experience of Automation tools (Selenium) and DevOps concepts to drive Automation in projects.
Agile planning tools – JIRA, Confluence

Key Responsibilities
1. To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client /team to understand functional /design specifications, highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies, ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place/kept upto date.
2. To Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies/tools and Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
3. To oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts ensuring consistency and alignment with quality standards to minimize exposure.
4. To develop/guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
