Job Summary
The primary function of this role involves managing high-security logistics and inventory.

Core Responsibilities
Key duties include:
• Inbound & Inventory Management: Tracking and receiving inbound shipments from suppliers and monitoring ASN files for inbound devices. The operator must store unreleased inventory in a dedicated secure storage space and maintain an inventory management tracker.
• Asset Management: Allocating and managing assets within the Seeker platform.
• Device Configuration: Managing software flashing requests for appropriate devices.
• Outbound Logistics: Handling ship request submissions, packing shipments, applying labels, and ensuring same-day injection. This includes coordinating with the DHL dispatch team in compliance with dangerous goods packaging requirements.
• Security & Supplies: Applying security tracking devices or labels to outbound shipments and managing packaging supplies (such as corrugate, dunnage, and tamper-evident tape) at the crossdock.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess specific experience and certifications to handle sensitive materials:
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations,



preferably supporting high-security or New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
• Certifications: Must be Dangerous Goods (DG) trained by vendors and maintain valid DG certification.
• Skills: Robust written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Chat, Drive), and meticulous attention to detail.
• Availability: The role requires frequent travel to the DHL Ireland crossdock facility (Dublin Airport Logistics Park) and flexibility to work extended hours during seasonal peaks.

Required Systems & Tools
The role requires access to and proficiency in specific proprietary and standard tools:
• Communication & Access: Google XWF ldap, Remote VPN, and Google Workspace.
• Logistics Management: GUTS ticketing (for shipment requests) and Seeker (for asset management).
• Technical Tools: Tools for manual plug-in flashing, GOTA "over the air" server (for software releases), and "Zombie" mode (to flash 40 devices simultaneously).

Ad-Hoc Tasks & Security
The operator is also responsible for device quality checks, handling replacement devices, and managing bulk return distribution special projects. A critical component of the role is maintaining security awareness while unboxing confidential and unreleased devices intended for partner testing.
