Position Summary
Purpose This position is mainly responsible for management quality inspection for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure quality is maintained; then input analysis results into system to generate COA report. 該職位主要負責管理來料、生產過程和成品的品質檢驗，以確保品質；然後將分析結果輸入系統以產生 COA 報告。

Nature and Scope
This position reports to the supervisor of QC department in Chupei plant. The Quality inspectors are required to work with manufacturing team during the production process, started from the plant incoming raw materials, in-process production materials, till the final end of finished products to ensure all the quality meeting the perspective specifications in the plant. 該職位向楚培工廠質檢部門主管報告。質檢員需與生產團隊合作，貫穿整個生產過程，從工廠進貨原料、生產過程中的材料，直至最終成品，確保所有產品品質符合工廠制定的各項標準。

Dimensions Principal Accountabilities




Must adhere to all operational and Safety procedures in the handling of gases and liquids in the plant. 必須遵守工廠內處理氣體和液體的所有操作和安全程序。
Responsible for incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. 負責接收材料，確認規格；進行測量測試；拒收和退回不合格的材料。
Responsible for in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor. 負責生產過程中的各項工作，包括確認規格、進行測量測試、向生產主管報告所需的調整。
Responsible for finished products by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; returning products for re-analysis. 負責成品的質量，包括確認規格、進行測量測試、退回產品進行重新分析。
Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into SAP system and generating COA. 透過填寫報告和日誌記錄檢驗結果；總結重工和浪費情況；將資料輸入SAP系統並產生COA（分析證書）。




Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; conducting instruments calibration and maintenance for all analysis instruments. 依照操作說明保持測量設備的正常運作；對所有分析儀器進行儀器校正和維護。
To be responsible for maintaining, updating and implementing related ISO systems periodically, and to assist member any of AP staff on working procedures changes or review and submission of new procedures 負責定期維護、更新和實施相關的ISO體系，並協助AP團隊成員進行工作程序變更或審查和提交新程序。
To escalate any operation issues to superior. 將任何操作問題上報給上級。
To ensure safety requirements are followed in the QC department. 確保品質控制部門遵守安全要求。
Responsible for SAP transactions related to QC department. 負責與品質控制部門相關的SAP交易
To handle customer’s complaints. 處理客戶投訴。
To carry out preventive & predictive maintenance for plant equipment. 對工廠設備進行預防性和預測性維護
