Position: Junior Project Manager – Operations & Maintenance (O&M;)

Location: Various Project Sites across Madhya Pradesh

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Junior Project Manager – O&M; to support the execution, monitoring, and management of drinking water projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in O&M; activities, team coordination, client interaction, and ensuring uninterrupted operations while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day O&M; activities across assigned project sites.Coordinate with site engineers, operators, contractors, and vendors.Monitor project performance, KPIs, and service-level compliance.Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is executed on schedule.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.Coordinate with clients and government authorities for operational requirements.Ensure compliance with safety, quality,



and statutory regulations.Track project budgets, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.Resolve operational issues and escalate critical risks when necessary.Support project planning, documentation, and performance improvement initiatives.Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance.Experience in Drinking Water Supply Projects, WTPs, Pumping Stations, Distribution Networks, or Infrastructure Projects is preferred.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting.How to Apply:
