Job Summary
Primary – Veeva Vault QMS
Role Description:
We are looking for candidate over 5 years of experience with Veeva Vault QMS, demonstrating a solid understanding of quality management processes and a proven track record in support roles, handling technical issues and user queries. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, enabling effective work both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry is a plus. This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in Veeva Vault QMS and a passion for providing top-notch support in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert support for Veeva Vault Quality Management System (QMS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and configure Veeva Vault QMS applications.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.




• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• Good knowledge on ITIL & ITSM processes.
• Support the integration of Veeva Vault QMS with other enterprise systems.
• Support the integration of Veeva Vault QMS with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
1. To collaborate with senior consultants, conduct research, analyze data, and provide valuable insights to contribute to the success of client engagements.
2. To contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, including reports, presentations, proposals and participate in client meetings, workshops and presentations.
3. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs.
4. To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project.
5. To continuously develop skills and knowledge related to consulting methodologies and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
