Job Summary
The Test Lead plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the testing efforts for projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards while meeting client and internal requirements. This position involves strategic planning, execution, and management of testing activities, leveraging expertise in Python to enhance testing outcomes and drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Engage In Functional And Technical Discussions With Stakeholders To Gain A Thorough Understanding Of Functional And Design Specifications, Identify Performance Concerns, And Prepare Automated Test Scripts Using Python And Selenium, While Ensuring The Test Environment Is Current And Effective.
2. Develop And Enhance Automated Tests As New Features And System Enhancements Are Introduced, Creating Detailed Work Plans And Monitoring Schedules To Ensure Timely Delivery In Alignment With Quality Standards.

Design And Implement A Reusable And Scalable Test Automation Framework Using Python, Establish Comprehensive Test Strategies And Plans, Maintain Test Data, And Provide Insightful Status Reports To Mitigate Project Risks And Facilitate Escalation Resolutions.
4. Lead, Guide, And Mentor Qa Engineers On The Utilization Of The Testing Framework, Fostering Their Technical Skills And Boosting Overall Productivity Within The Team.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficient In Python Programming, With A Solid Understanding Of Test Automation Frameworks And Practices.
2. Solid Experience With Selenium For Automated Testing Processes.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Microservices Architecture And Its Implications On Testing Strategies.
4. Familiarity With Continuous Integration And Deployment (Ci/Cd) Practices And Tools.
5. Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Strong Attention To Detail.

Other Requirements
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Istqb Certified Tester, Python Institute'S Pcep Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer, Or Relevant Agile Testing Certifications.
