What this job involves:
Financial Modeling & Analysis
Develop comprehensive financial models for greenfield developments and operational real estate assets across residential, office, retail, and alternative asset classes (student housing, healthcare facilities, etc.)
Perform financial feasibility studies and investment analysis using industry-standard modeling techniques

Client Deliverables & Documentation
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, information memorandums, and pitch books for client presentations and internal stakeholder communication
Collaborate with senior team members to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and internal quality standards

Credit & Financial Analysis
Analyze financial statements, bank statements, and operational data to assess developer creditworthiness
Conduct comprehensive ratio analysis, credit assessment, and liquidity evaluation to determine financial health of real estate developers

Market Research & Intelligence
Research and maintain updated databases of active NBFCs, private equity funds, and banking institutions in the real estate funding ecosystem
Develop and refine underwriting frameworks to capture institutional lending requirements and investment criteria
Build and maintain comprehensive developer profiles including project portfolios, operational performance, and market positioning

Industry Knowledge Development




Gain expertise in real estate development cycles, sales processes, collections management, and industry value chain dynamics
Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, zoning regulations, TOD policies, TDR mechanisms, and SEBI/RBI directives affecting real estate funding
Monitor industry publications, institutional websites, and policy updates to maintain market intelligence

Transaction Support
Provide analytical and research support to senior transaction advisory team members
Assist in deal execution processes and transaction closure activities

MBA from premier business school with focus on Finance/Real Estate
Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen interest in real estate and financial services sector
Ability to work in fast-paced, client-focused environment
