Job Summary
To provide L3 level support on the SCCM and Intune environments.which interacts with the Windows server platform and end user windows 10/Windows 11 platforms which consists of the following component.SCCM Infra support,Monitoring components, CB upgradation Troubleshoot content Distribution SCCM DP installation/ Uninstallation.Experience in Patch deployment & troubleshooting Software update failures on client machines.Need to proactively maintain compliance level of the environment. Should have experience in OSD, Create and Modify the Task sequence. Application Packaging and distribution and troubleshooting application installation failures. Basic Technical Knowledge required on PowerShell SQL queries Windows 10/windows 11 OS.ServiceNow Experience on Intune Knowledge on Autopatch and Application installation failures and trouble shooting. Knowledge on Migrating from SCCM to Intune environment. Knowledge on Intune configuration profiles.Ability to interface with customer and other technical teams like Network, AD, Certificate, windows Server, Packaging team, etc. Willingness to Cover on-call / Standby on rotation. Managing ticket queues for Incidents / Service requests & Changes ITIL process definitions and implementation.Overall SLA, KPIs/PIs management and ensure to meet the contractual obligations.Should be able to Train L1 and L2 resources Value adds to customer Working on Automation.Work on CIP.

2. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Support Teams To Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Upholding A Strong Security Posture.
3. Conduct Knowledge Base Updates And Management Initiatives, Contributing To Continuous Improvement And Operational Efficiency While Mentoring And Training New Analysts.
4. Adhere To Quality Standards, Regulatory Requirements, And Company Policies, Ensuring That All Technical Solutions Meet Compliance And Security Mandates.
5. Enhance Customer Experience And Csat By Achieving First Call Resolution Rates, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Reopen Cases, And Proactively Mitigating Security Threats.
