We are seeking a motivated Business Services Operations & Integration Senior Analyst to join our Research & Development Global Operations & Transformation team. This role is pivotal in driving Operational Excellence and executing key Capital Expenditure (CapEx) portfolio administration activities across our global R&D; footprint. This role will play a critical role in ensuring that capital investment projects move efficiently from concept to execution by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders worldwide. This position requires strong operational discipline, financial acumen, project management skills,



and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed setting. • Manage Capital Expenditure (CapEx) portfolio administration activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial and operational standards.
• Support the execution of capital investment projects from concept to completion.
