Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Quality professional to lead and drive Quality Excellence across the organisation. The incumbent will be responsible for strengthening Quality Management Systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing product quality, driving continuous improvement initiatives and building a robust quality culture across the manufacturing operations.
This is a strategic leadership role that offers the opportunity to work closely with the Founder & CMD and contribute significantly to the Company's growth and quality transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Company's Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality excellence initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Drive Quality Assurance and Quality Control across manufacturing operations.
Lead internal, external and customer audits.
Establish robust supplier and customer quality management processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development and commercialisation.
Reduce quality-related costs through effective quality improvement initiatives.
Build and develop a high-performing Quality team and foster a culture of quality and accountability.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Science or an equivalent discipline.
12+ years of progressive experience in Quality Management within Medical Devices, Healthcare Products, Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG or allied manufacturing industries.
Strong experience in Quality Management Systems, regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
Exposure to domestic and international quality standards and customer requirements will be preferred.
Proven leadership capabilities with solid stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
