DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To arrange shipment i.e. Air & Ocean, Trucking; Import & Export, Clearance coordination. Include documentation (Booking / SI submission / BL) Billing Follow up on outstanding payment To update daily / weekly reports To attend rejection calls / complain from the customers. Quotation

MAJOR CHALLENGES
i. To manage billing closing on time
ii. To manage daily operations timely to optimise processes and achieve daily KPI targets.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- List the minimum and desired knowledge, education, skills and experience
Education & Skilled Qualification & Experience
• Minimum SPM.




• Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics is preferable.
Skills
• Preferably basic skills in Microsoft (i.e.) Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E-mail.
Knowledge
• Preferably knowledge of logistics & MITI Form D processes.
