Expertise in brewery packaging processes (bottles, cans, kegs) Solid knowledge of packaging equipment such as fillers, pasteurizers, depalletizers, labelers, packers, palletizers, and conveyors Understanding of CIP (Clean-in-Place), sanitation, and hygiene standards Knowledge of packaging quality parameters including fill volume, dissolved oxygen (DO), CO₂, seam integrity, crown quality, and label quality Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies Strong understanding of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and loss analysis Preventive and predictive maintenance planning in coordination with engineering teams Inventory and packaging material management
