Job Summary
Strong hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI (Integration Suite) focused on production support and operations across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid landscapes.
Proficient with XML/JSON payloads, WSDL/XSD, REST and SOAP APIs, HTTP methods/status codes, and API error handling.
Robust troubleshooting of payload transformations, mappings, Groovy scripts (Java a plus),



and common connectivity/authentication issues (timeouts, OAuth2, SSL/TLS, certs).
Proven ability to monitor and stabilize high-volume interfaces using PI/PO Message Monitor, Channel Monitor, NWA, and CPI logs; perform message reprocessing and recovery.
Experience with L2/L3 incident management, war-room participation, RCA, transport/deployment support, and post-deployment validations.
Familiarity with PI/PO-to-CPI migrations, hybrid coexistence, and integrations with SAP ECC/S/4HANA; coordinate with Basis, Security, and Network teams.
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, KT materials, and known-issue logs; strong collaboration skills with functional and business stakeholders.
