Job Summary
We are seeking a Sirion Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Consultant with strong techno‑functional expertise to support end‑to‑end CLM implementation, configuration, and post‑go‑live operations. The role involves working closely with Legal, Delivery, Finance, Risk & Compliance, IT, and external implementation partners to map business processes to Sirion CLM capabilities, drive automation, ensure compliance, and deliver scalable CLM solutions across the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
1. Understand and analyze end‑to‑end contract lifecycle processes including request intake, authoring, negotiation, approvals, execution, obligations, amendments, renewals, and offboarding.
2. Lead business requirement gathering and translate requirements into Sirion CLM functional configurations and solution design.
3. Configure Sirion CLM modules including contract templates, clause libraries, workflows, approval matrices, obligation tracking, and dashboards.
4. Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (Legal, Delivery, Finance, Compliance, IT) and Sirion implementation partners.
5. Support data migration, integration, and validation activities with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, CRM, procurement tools, document repositories).
6. Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution,



and production go‑live readiness.
7. Provide post‑implementation support including issue triaging, root‑cause analysis, enhancements, and change requests.
8. Ensure adherence to delivery processes, contractual compliance, and governance standards.
9. Prepare functional documentation, process blueprints, training material, and operational runbooks.
10. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance CLM adoption, automation, and reporting.

Skill Requirements
Hands‑on experience with Sirion CLM (implementation, configuration, or support).
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and contract compliance.
Knowledge of different contract types (MSA, SOW, Amendments, NDAs, Vendor/Customer contracts).
Experience in requirement analysis, solution mapping, and functional design.
Exposure to CLM data migration and system integrations.
Understanding of delivery operations, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with change management, incident management, and release processes.
Ability to support day‑to‑day application issues and coordinate resolution with vendors or internal teams.

Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech preferred).
6–10+ years of relevant experience in CLM, Legal Tech, or Contract Operations roles.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience conducting workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, and user training.
Excellent documentation, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
Comfortable working in cross‑functional and multi‑vendor environments.
Familiarity with enterprise productivity and delivery tools (DevOps, testing tools, analytics platforms) is a plus.
