Job Summary
The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing bios, Test/Interface/uC Board Design, CPU tasks, and driving the design process while ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the bios design, test/interface/uc board design, and cpu design projects from concept to production.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design requirements and specifications.
3. Conduct design reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
4. Develop and implement design strategies to optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency.
5. Troubleshoot design issues,



analyze test results, and make recommendations for improvements.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to bios, test/interface/uc board design, and cpu.
7. Mentor and train team members to enhance their design skills and capabilities.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in bios design, test/interface/uc board design, and cpu design methodologies.
2. Strong knowledge of hardware design principles, circuit design, and schematic capture.
3. Experience with bios development tools, testing methodologies, and debugging techniques.
4. Familiarity with microcontrollers, microprocessors, and systemonchip (soc) architectures.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
6. Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present design proposals, and documentation.

Other Requirements
1. Relevant certifications in bios, Test/Interface/uC Board Design, and CPU design are a plus.
