What We'll Bring:
An M02 is responsible for managing a development team, ensuring delivery of software solutions, and aligning execution with business and product goals. The role balances:
• People management
• Technical oversight

Typically owns a single team of engineers

What You'll Bring:
Team Leadership & Delivery
Lead a team of software engineers (typically 5–10 members)
Own sprint planning, backlog execution, and delivery commitments
Ensure timely and quality delivery of features and enhancements

Technical Oversight
Guide architecture and design decisions
Ensure adherence to coding standards, scalability, and performance
Support resolution of technical challenges

Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, architects, and business teams
Translate business requirements into execution plans
Communicate progress, risks, and delivery status

People Management




Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions
Mentor and develop engineering talent
Support hiring and onboarding activities

Process & Quality Management
Ensure Agile / SDLC practices are followed
Track delivery metrics and improve team productivity
Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Organisational Context
