Duties and Responsibilities
Learn about the entire employee life cycle within an international HR setting — from onboarding to exit
Support administrative tasks in the areas of HR administration and payroll
Maintain and update employee data in our digital personnel files and HR systems such as Workday
Contribute to the improvement and digitalization of HR processes
Assist with evaluations, documentation, and reporting
Support various HR projects

Roles and Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone who:
Is currently enrolled in university studies (e.g., Business, Law, Human Resources, or similar fields)
Has an interest in digitalization, automation, and modern HR tools




Is eager to learn and contribute
Works in a precise, structured, and independent manner
Has excellent German and very good English skills

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.800- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria. Moreover, we provide attractive benefits to our employees like home office, flexible working time, meal benefits and more.
