Job Description
1. Improve product performance and provide technical solution for engineering field to achieve yield, quality, cycle time and productivity goals.
2 Investigate & analyze involved processing & equipment factors, to implement engineering qualification & project as required.
3. Lead improvement project from aspects of quality, yield, cost and production flexibility, and support production floor to maintain the better manufacturing performance.
4. Qualify new products program/recipe and follow up for better manufacturability.
5.



Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
• Master's degree is preferred, majored in Mechanics, Electronics, Automation etc.
• Hardworking, diligent, good ownership and teamwork.
• Effective communication and feedback in closed loop, good business English to work with cross functional/global team and good speaking is a plus.
• Strong desire to learn more with positive discipline, and process statistical control capability is preferred.
• Microsoft office skills are required.
