Qualification : Graduate/Postgraduate in Interior Design/Architect Years of exp: 10 – 15 years

Key Responsibilities
1.Store Design & Planning
Develop innovative showroom concepts aligned with the company's brand identity.
Prepare layout plans, zoning plans, and customer circulation plans for retail stores.
Design attractive product displays and visual merchandising layouts.
Optimize retail space utilization to enhance customer experience and maximize sales.
Prepare detailed furniture layouts and fixture plans.
2.Project Management
Manage end-to-end execution of new showroom projects, renovations, and refurbishments.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, MEP teams, and vendors.
Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project quality and compliance.
Resolve design and execution challenges during project implementation.
3.Interior Design
Prepare concept designs, mood boards, and material palettes.
Develop 2D drawings,3D visualizations, and working drawings.
Select finishes, furniture, lighting, signage, flooring, and décor elements.
Ensure ergonomic and functional space planning.
4.Technical Drawings &Documentation;
Prepare:
Concept Drawings
GFC (Good for Construction) Drawings
Furniture Layouts
Ceiling Plans
Flooring Layouts
Electrical Layouts
Lighting Plans
Elevations & Sections
BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
Coordinate approvals from internal stakeholders.
5.Vendor & Contractor Management
Identify and evaluate contractors, architects, fabricators, and suppliers.
Negotiate commercial terms.
Monitor vendor performance.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
6.Budget & Cost Control
Prepare project cost estimates and BOQs.
Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising designquality.
Approve contractor bills after verification.
7.Brand Compliance-ensure all stores adhere to brand guidelines.
Standardize showroom layoutsacross locations.
Maintain consistency in visual identity, signage, and customerexperience.
8.Cross Functional Coordination

9.Quality Assurance
Conduct snagging inspections before store handover.

Introduce creative store concepts.
Recommend sustainable and cost-effective materials.
Improve customer experience through design innovation.
