Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mylapore. The Sales Executive will engage directly with customers, present product offerings, explain features and pricing, and support customers in making informed purchase decisions. The role involves managing the sales process from initial contact to closing, including order follow-up and after-sales support. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, tracking inventory relevant to sales, preparing basic sales reports, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.



The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the store or sales team, provide feedback on customer preferences, and help ensure a professional, welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of retail or fashion products, and the ability to learn and communicate product features clearly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including confident spoken English and local language proficiency as needed.
- Ability to work on-site in Mylapore, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer interactions during busy periods.
- Comfort with basic computer use, such as updating records, generating simple sales reports, and using point-of-sale systems.
- Previous experience in retail sales, fashion, or a related customer-facing role is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
