As the Chief Accountant, your role involves overseeing various financial activities to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with regulations. Your responsibilities include:- Handling Import: - Maintaining and updating documents and folders - Tracking shipment status and preparing necessary documents - Coordinating with CHA (Customs House Agent) for import processes- Booking of Import Bills and maintaining related documents- Managing Export Sales: - Generating export sales invoices - Coordinating with CHA and logistics for shipments - Maintaining and filing export bills and documents- Processing Foreign Payments and booking CHA and logistics bills for both import and export activities- Preparing incentive calculations for Biomedical Sales, Biomedical Service Sales, and Imaging Service Sales- Handling statutory payments review, including Professional Tax, TDS, and TCS- Conducting ledgers scrutiny for Debtors and Creditors- Reviewing travel expenses and payments- Assisting in quarterly and annual audits- Managing salary payable and commission entries- Keeping records of import pricing and sharing with relevant departments- Generating various reports as needed, such as Tran1, Bank Requirements, and Customs Letters- Monitoring statutory liabilities and payments for PF, ESIC, TDS, GST, PT, and Gratuity- Analyzing division-wise profitability and preparing Fund Flow Statements- Monitoring SO status (advances, POs, PDCs, Agreements)
