We are looking for a proactive Business Associate to drive client engagement, conduct product demonstrations, build robust customer relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with clients, identifying business opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end client communication and relationship management.
2. Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
4. Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
6. Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
7. Prepare proposals, presentations, and client reports.

Meet business development and revenue targets.
9. Represent the company professionally during client meetings and events.
Required Skills:
1. Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Business Development, Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong presentation and demo skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
5. Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
6. Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.

Preferred Experience:
- Working with B2B clients, SaaS, technology, AI, or digital products is an advantage
