Job Title: Fitness Trainer - Women's Health (Remote)
Location: Remote
Compensation: ₹25,000– ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About Us: LevelUpForWomen is a women's health company dedicated to helping women manage PCOS, improve fertility, address hormonal imbalances, and build sustainable healthy lifestyles through evidence-based nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle coaching.

Key Responsibilities Conduct live online morning workout sessions from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM (Monday to Saturday) .
Review client exercise videos and provide detailed feedback on form, technique, and progression.
Respond to client exercise-related queries and provide appropriate exercise modifications between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) .
Design safe, effective, and progressive exercise programs based on each client's goals, medical history, fitness level, and physical limitations.
Collaborate with the nutrition and coaching teams to deliver holistic client care.
Monitor client progress and recommend suitable exercise progressions or regressions.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions while following company protocols.

Requirements Certified Fitness Trainer with strong expertise in strength training.
Good understanding of women's health and female physiology.
Knowledge of pelvic floor training,



including Kegel exercises.
Experience working with clients managing PCOS, obesity, insulin resistance, back pain, knee pain, postural issues, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
Ability to modify exercises for injuries, pain, and varying fitness levels.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
Comfortable providing virtual coaching and video-based form corrections.
Prior experience in online fitness coaching is preferred.
