Managing the company's own online sales / eCommerce website for promoting Brand visibility and sales with support from the technology team

- D2C or marketplace operational knowledge is required.
- Responsible for creating the product listings and maintaining the eCommerce site
- Managed affiliate marketing
- Monitoring of competition strategies daily, such as products and combos, consumer offers (discounts, bank offers, coupons), and so on.
- Operational challenges and resolution of the same i.e Logistics, IT, Warehousing, etc
- Interaction with the Agency in relation to troubleshooting for tech, follow up for new development, current upload or existing changes in the listing, etc
- Day-to-day monitoring of Wigzore-marketing tools and working on the database of add-to-cart and card abandonment etc
- Monitoring of chat support system and functionality
- CRM requirements and their fulfillment.
