Job Description: Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor with a strong background in cost accounting and financial auditing. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, identifying areas for cost optimization, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct internal audits with a focus on cost accounting processes, financial transactions, and internal controls.

- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of cost structures, overhead allocations, and pricing strategies.

- Review and analyze general ledger accounts, financial statements, and accounting systems.

- Identify risks, control gaps, and inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions for improvement.

- Monitor compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant laws and regulations.

- Prepare and present detailed audit reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management.

- Support the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cost optimization initiatives.

- Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure implementation and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification such as CA, CMA, CIA, or equivalent is preferred.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing, cost accounting, or financial analysis.

- Strong knowledge of costing methods, standard costing, and budgeting techniques.

- Familiarity with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and internal control frameworks.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and audit tools.

- High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in manufacturing or production industries is a plus.

- Exposure to risk-based audit approaches.

- Robust time management and organizational skills.
