Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring design excellence, technical precision, and adherence to all relevant codes and client specifications — serving as both a creative visionary and a technical authority throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from initial concept to final implementation.
- Coordinate and integrate architectural design with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, and interior design.
- Utilize architectural software and digital tools for design visualization, documentation, and project integration.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing technical guidance and design feedback.
- Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and ensure compliance with Dubai building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients,



consultants, and contractors to resolve design or technical issues.
- Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of architectural drawings and documentation.

Skills Required:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with BIM and willingness to learn advanced tools.
- Solid knowledge of all project phases and MEP/structural coordination.
- Understanding of green building regulations and authority approval processes.
- Experience with UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, etc.) and obtaining NOCs.
- Ability to ensure quality design delivery and provide site support when needed.
