Job Description:

Position: Sr. Engineer – Paint shop (Quality)

Location: Zaroli nearby Bhilad

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Automobile

Responsibilities:

- Ensure paint shop quality standards across automotive production processes
- Monitor and improve surface finish, coating thickness, and defect control
- Analyze root causes of paint defects and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and supplier teams
- Conduct audits, inspections, and process validations
- Maintain documentation and quality reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Support new product launches and process optimization

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in Paint shop & Metalizing Quality.
- Robust analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of SAP will be plus point.

Required Qualification: - Any Engineering

Salary: - Upto 5.40 LPA
