Sr. Purchase Executive

Job Summary

Motvic Group is looking for a proactive Sr. Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and purchase planning for electrical manufacturing projects. The candidate should have experience in handling electrical components, vendor management, and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle procurement activities for electrical projects, LED lighting, and panel materials

- Source vendors and obtain competitive quotations

- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement records

- Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and project teams for material planning

- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with vendors

- Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays

- Compare quotations and prepare cost comparison reports

- Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve supply-related issues





- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate for material replenishment

Required Skills

- Knowledge of procurement and purchase processes

- Experience in electrical manufacturing or LED lighting industry preferred

- Understanding of electrical components and materials

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally

- Good communication and coordination abilities

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
