Job Description:

- Lead and coordinate File Server to SharePoint Online migration projects using SPMT, ShareGate, or equivalent migration tools.

- Prepare project plans, migration schedules, resource allocation plans, RAID logs, and status reports.

- Conduct discovery, content analysis, permissions mapping, and migration readiness assessments.

- Coordinate with business users for data cleanup, validation, UAT, and post-migration support.

- Manage project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring on-time delivery.

- Administer Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.

- Support SharePoint governance, site provisioning, permissions management, and Microsoft 365 compliance initiatives.

- Coordinate with infrastructure, security, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

- Conduct user communication, training, knowledge transfer, and change management activities to improve adoption.
