The role encompasses a broad spectrum of activities including understanding software development processes and system architecture, validating performance through rigorous testing, planning for capacity needs, managing application performance, and identifying as well as resolving problems efficiently. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure systems operate optimally and meet expected performance standards, often collaborating with various teams to enhance overall system reliability and responsiveness. Roles & Responsibilities:



- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.- Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying bottlenecks.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvements.- Contribute to documentation of performance issues and resolutions.- Support junior team members in understanding performance engineering concepts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).- Experience with scripting and automation to support performance testing activities.- Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts and architecture principles.- Ability to analyze system behavior and troubleshoot performance-related issues.- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
