An Admissions Manager at a residential school manages the entire student recruitment cycle, from initial inquiry to enrollment, focusing on marketing,

relationship building with families, event coordination, and data management, with a key emphasis on promoting the unique boarding experience while ensuring smooth
application processes, handling parent queries, and maintaining records for enrollment goals. They serve as a first point of contact, organize tours, manage CRM
data, coordinate with boarding staff, and analyze trends to meet enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Parent & Student Relations:
o Serve as the primary contact for parents, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
o Conduct school tours, interviews, and assist with observation days for prospective families.o Manage and resolve parent queries, ensuring a positive brand image.

Application &Data; Management:
o Oversee the complete application and assessment process (e.g.,



tests,interviews).
o Maintain accurate records and manage the admissions database/CRM system.
o Provide regular reports and data analysis on admission status to senior leadership.

Event & Logistics Management:

o Plan, manage, and facilitate internal and external admissions events.
o Coordinate logistics for prospect visits, ensuring all needs (boarding info, meetings) are met.

Strategy & Reporting:
o Analyze admissions trends to improve processes and achieve enrollment goals.
o Manage the admissions budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions in an educational or boarding school setting.

Solid communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive, energetic, and empathetic approach.
Alignment with the school's ethos and values.
