Eligibility:

✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in plant operations/supervision/Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily plant operations and manpower
* Ensure production targets, quality, and safety compliance
* Maintain production records and prepare operational reports
* Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
* Take ownership of operational challenges and ensure timely resolution
