Participates the development, improvements and deployment of Quality Management systems and tools. Develops and coordinates employees trainings.

Job Description

. Configures and upgrades the Quality Management System . Contributes to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System . Develops and coordinates induction training to raise awareness on quality processes among employees of the site . Communicates programs, standards and procedures to the quality team and other plant employees . Participates in the elaboration of Group tools to measure performance . Recommends new quality policies or procedures to ensure high quality products, processes or services . Carries out extensive statistical analysis and work as per the result derived from the analysis . Reports regularly regarding the system performance and new developments

You are meant for this job if:

. Bachelor's degree preferably with a specialization in Quality (Engineering degree for Quality Engineer only, equivalent qualification for Quality Analyst) . 2 to 5 years of experience . Valuable knowledge of Management Systems
