Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with robust domain expertise in KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and Sanctions screening. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in process mapping, optimization, and automation, and will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions.

This role requires someone who can translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into actionable deliverables, while also guiding development teams from a process automation perspective.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Documentation

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across KYC, AML, and Sanctions processes.
- Develop high-quality documentation including:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)
- User Stories and Use Cases

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business goals.

Process Mapping & Optimization

- Lead process discovery, mapping (As-Is and To-Be),



and optimization initiatives.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements through automation or redesign.
- Use tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or BPM tools for process modeling.

Automation & Solutioning

- Collaborate with technology teams to implement process automation solutions.
- Provide functional guidance to developers on:
- Workflow automation
- RPA use cases
- Business rules and decision logic

- Ensure business processes are effectively translated into scalable automation solutions.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with business users, compliance teams, and technology stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Testing & UAT

- Prepare UAT strategy, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards
