Attend and manage walk-in customers, website enquiries, and qualified leads.
● Understand customer requirements, lifestyle, budget, and project expectations.
● Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
● Negotiate pricing and close interior design projects.




● Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients until project confirmation.
● Ensure accurate customer information and sales activities are updated in the CRM.
● Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover after booking.
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
● Strong understanding of residential interior design projects.
● Proven ability to convert leads into successful sales.
● Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills.
● Positive commercial awareness and pricing knowledge.
● Ability to work independently and under sales targets.
● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
