Corporate Flyers Private Limited is a leading Corporate & MICE travel management company. We are looking for an experienced Associate Director - MICE Sales to join our team.

Open Position:

Associate Director - MICE Sales (Minimum 15 years plus of experience in MICE Sales).

Location: Mumbai and Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

·Develop and execute MICE sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth

·Secure new MICE business from corporate clients, associations.

·Build and maintain long-term relationships with key MICE clients

·Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports

·Manage contracts, invoicing, and payments for MICE bookings

·Lead and mentor MICE sales team;




collaborate with Operations and Events teams

·Monitor market trends and participate in MICE trade shows

Requirements:

·Criteria Requirement-

·Education - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Business/Marketing;
Master's preferred

·Experience - 15+ years MICE Sales, 5-7 years leadership role

·Skills-Solid negotiation, closing, presentation & communication skills.

·Technical - CRM systems, MS Office proficiency.
