Role Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage an Inside Sales/Voice Process team.
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Monitor team productivity, conversions, and revenue.
- Manage team attrition and shrinkage effectively.
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance review sessions.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports and other performance metrics.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Voice Process/Sales.
- Hands-on experience in Inside Sales and B2C Sales.
- Strong team handling experience.
- Experience in managing attrition and shrinkage.
- Positive understanding of sales KPIs, productivity, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Graduation is mandatory.
